Am I crazy to want to live in Ooty for a few months with my 3 year old son

I am from South Africa and am seriously thinking about taking some time out for my son and myself in India. I will have family based near Ooty . . . nuts?

no. ooty is a nice place, i used to dream about when I was poor.

i enjoyed it when I went there. dont forget to buy some spices, thay are out of this world.

iwho told you that you would be crazy if you visit ooty with your son for a short visit. that person himself is nuts.

Not at all.Although I am not from Ooty, but I can tell you that it is a beautiful place with serenity rarely found in big cities of course.Do take your son there and have fun! You are not nuts!!! :)

crazy.. you'd be nuts not to.. Ooty is a lovely hill station. lots of greenery and fresh air, can get a bit cold in the winter months.. but not that bad., take lots of woolen clothes, or buy them their in Ooty.. tea plantations. horse riding, sailing on the lakes... nice place for a 3 yr old to be
