Today I ran a little under 2 miles. Maybe 1 3/4 miles. And I did it in 15 minutes. (Not hard-core fast running, but a good pace i kept throuout it all) I did track (for the first time) two months ago, but only the 400m. Now I'm trying to train for XC. Think I'm doing ok? I've only been training for 2 weeks....
