I've searched for babysitting jobs and all it comes up with are manual labor. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you going to the Community section (top left of the screen) and clicking on the Childcare link? That seems to be where all the babysitting jobs are.

Better yet, here's what all the childcare links look like:

Just replace Altanta with your city.
