I run 5 miles everyday and do a strength training exercise, with the exception of Sunday when i just run.My schedule looks like this:5 am-wake up5:05- strength train5:30- eat breakfast6 am- run 1 mile (10 min mile)7-4- school4:30 pm- run 2 miles (10 mins each mile)6 pm- eat dinner8:30 pm- run 2 miles (8 mins each mile)
