Breakfast - 1 slice wholegrain, with a thin layer of marmite
Lunch - low calorie cuppa soup (mushroom) with a small bread roll, 2 slices of Quorn chicken style wafers, cucumber, iceberg lettuce and a thin layer of mustard
Dinner - portion of curried prawns with broccoli (not thick sauce just spices and herbs) with a portion of rice
Late night snack - a sliced carrot
Am I eating too much too lose weight?
