Question:

Am I eating too much?

Breakfast - 1 slice wholegrain, with a thin layer of marmite

Lunch - low calorie cuppa soup (mushroom) with a small bread roll, 2 slices of Quorn chicken style wafers, cucumber, iceberg lettuce and a thin layer of mustard

Dinner - portion of curried prawns with broccoli (not thick sauce just spices and herbs) with a portion of rice

Late night snack - a sliced carrot

Am I eating too much too lose weight?

  3. No you actually eating less with a lot of unhealthy food to lose weight. Try other meals such more vegetables thann just a sliced of carrot, fruits, cereals like oat eventhough you taken the rice, plain warm water and less meat and fatty. Avoid snack as much as you can to improve your dietary and health. :).

  5. You're not really eating that much, and you sound like you could have some issues with body image.

  6. you can probably at least double what you are consuming.  your breakfast is barely 125 cals.  your diet is general is low in proteins, fiber and fats and will not result in the loss of much body fat.  a healthy diet needs to be balanced and it needs to contain sufficient nutrients from a variety of foods.

  10. Agreed you seem to be eating too little, your body does need a good amount of food to survive. Try making breakfast your biggest meal it starts out your metabolism for the day and is the most important meal.

    By the way drinks also count for your calorie count for the day just in case.

    Drink water lots of water.

    you can eat whatev you want but in small portions. thats the trick. and excersise about 3-5 days a week.
