Am I eligible to Study in Canada?

Hi,

I am an Under Graduate right now from an Open University in the final year. After Completing My ClassX , I have Joined my Intermediate (Class 11th & 12th, this is 2 years Gab) and I have discontined due to some problems. After that I have Joined mY B.com in Open University and doing that now and i am in final year right now.

I want to do M.s in Canada specilization in Networking (Because I have Done my CCNA and also Certification i have some knowledge in that ). Am I Eligible to study in Canada ????
