Am I eligible to workin USA If I am an ungraduate professional ?

I am an Indian citizen 24 Year Old willing to work in USA for either long term or forever in IT-Software Industry. I want to know whether I am eligible to work in USA and would I be permitted either way. I have 4+ years of experience in Software Industry in India and Abroad (asia). I have been worked as Software Engineer, Project Leader, Software Developer and also have experience to be a freelancer programmer.

In my background, I am an ungraduate professional. due to some financial reason I had to leave my study at 10th of Higher Secondary School (in state government educational board - Gujarat Board) which was not considered as a base of any job application. Currently I am a self employee (a developer) and doing a small business with having a small team of employees and providing software development service locally and several clients in abroad.

Due to only educational qualification I am unsure about the permission to work in USA. Am i eligible for any kind of visa?

These are the procedures and eligibility of petitioning foreign workers by US Employer. Only US Employer can petition foreign workers for Temporary Worker Visas or Permanent Worker Immigrant Visas, not filed by individuals.
