Am I entitled to a refund?

My roommate asked me to move out ASAP, she doesn't think we are a good fit for roomies, and I agree! But, the other day she went all crazy on me and told me to hurry and get out of her house, I am moving out later this week, leaving almost 2 weeks rent I've paid her.

I want to ask her for a refund for those days I have not lived here. I feel as though she made it clear that I was to leave, I should be given my money back.

We don't have a lease, so there is nothing in writing about conditions...

Anyone have thoughts on this?

You are entitled to live out the time you paid for.  Negotiate that point.  It is up to her to either give you a refund to leave immediately or allow you to live out the time you paid for.  Those points should be made clear to her.  Be strong and forceful or you will lose out.
