  1. you seem capable of typing using comp etc, why not try a job then you won/t need benefits.

  2. hi it depends as you own your own house and have £5000 in savings i am not sure what the threshold is.  and they take in your private pension as income as your already gettin incapacity benefit that should stay the same i would contact the cab office

  3. The joint threshold is £12,000 so singly it is £6000.So yes you are entitled to benefits

  4. But it sounds as though you are already on benefits.  Best people to ask is Social Services and you will never know unless you apply but can't see that you are going to get more on top of your current income unless you have sole custody of the children in which case your wife may be required to pay you something.

  5. you lucky sod! you own your own house and have £5000 savings? yet you dont work and get benefits.

well for a start there scrapping incapacity so your in trouble mate.

besides my partner and i work 90 hours a week between us leaving our little girl with a relative whlst we work and pay £600 a month tax, and we still dont own our own home!

you can obviously type so get a job with computers you lazy ***! i dont care that you 'disabled' my uncle is paralyzed from the waist down, owns 2 buisnesses and has 3 kids, never stopped him, but i suppose thats because he's a MAN not a MOUSE.

Your a defeatess person who's letting your physical short comings get the better of you.

there is no way you should own your own home and have savings to that extent yet NOT work! thats MY familys money you got saved up there!!!sell your house and live off the proceeds dont take MY little girls money!!!!
