Am I entitled to my unused vacation when I quit or am fired?

Im in new york and i was fired from a temp agency, But they still owed me vacation pay

Each company does different things with their benefits.  You might have to contact the temp agency and see when they will be mailing out your vacation fund.  If it's not owed, they will definitely tell you then.

depends on the contract you signed with them upon starting the position. Most companies are a fire at will and in that case you are not entitled to any unused vacation or sick days.
