I exercise 5 days a week from about a half hour to an hour. However the time isn't what I follow its the quantity and quality of exercises I do.
I bust out about 200-500 different counts with abs, over 200 with arms. Tons of leg lifts, hip thrusts, and stretching. I am 5''6' weigh about 125 and eat approx 800 cals a day. No junk or fast food. I am not seeing results and have been on this plan for several weeks. Any suggestions for apparent results? My goal weight is 115, even though that prob doesn't matter. I don't want to have a flabby tummy anymore.
