Am I experiencing post ovulation pains?

Im experieng dull pains in my right ovary thats really irritating! It started last week around the time I started experiencing light pink spotting for a couple of hours. It feels like Im ovulating all over again but last week I was a week past ovulation. I ovulated on CD 10 this month due to Clomid. My period is due next Tuesday. Has anyone experienced these symptoms and were pregnant. The pain sometimes is very inbareable.

What you feel is pain from corpus luteam cyst that forms after ovulation. Those cysts are responsible for progesterone production. If you are not pregnant the cysts will resolve and your period will start. If you are pregnant they will remain and produce progesterone until pacenta takes over around 10 weeks into pregnancy.
