Since yesterday night, I have been acting very strangely. At night time yesterday I randomly started to feel sensitive than usual and cried for the weirdest reason and this morning when I woke up I felt extremely cold, felt an awkwardness in my private region and when I went out to eat for lunch and dinner today with my friends I hardly ate anything at all, but I don't feel hungry or full for some reason as of now. Which is strange because when most girls PMS, I hear they always crave certain foods and have an increase in hunger instead. As well I cried today when I got home and I still feel like continuing to cry (again for the weirdest reason). Also I haven't been able to sleep for the past two days. I do not have my period right now so I am not sure if I'm experiencing PMS or not. It is currently late. Plus my friends would always tell me that to experience PMS, you have to be ON your period. I'm not sure if they're right though.

  1. Ok...

it's called PRE-menstrual syndrome. You are NOT experiencing PMS if you are on your period. You are experiencing your period then.

    Right now, it's PMS.

    Don't worry.
