Am I fat average or skinny?

i have a terrible body!

5'4 108 lbs.

what can i do to get a better body? gain weight, loose weight, tone up? thank you!

  2. you dont sound fat to me. im skinny and im 5'4 and weigh 123 pounds. if you want to tone up then just start doing sit ups and jogging a few minutes everyday. and eat healthier

  4. You probably look fine. But your body type is yours. I don't what you look like. So the best advice I can give is to dress your body to look good. Find clothes that make you look good. I don't think you need to lose weight. If you want to tone up then exercise. Lifting light weights should be enough.

  7. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA im ur height u arent overwieght. i lost wieght and now my doctor thinks im anorexic and says im underwieght. do situps if you dont like ur stomach. you wont drop pounds, but ur stomach will be, well look at the pussycat dolls

  8. Your BMI for that weight and height is 18.5, which is just entering the average category. So, you're at the lowest weight for being average. As long as you're healthy though, you don't really need to do anything. If you want to tone up, then do that. But, don't overdo it. Let it happen gradually. And don't freak out if you gain a few pounds either, you have a lot of room until you're overweight, and muscle will make you gain a little weight anyway.

  9. dude you're like "REALLY" thin. [in a good way] but if you wanna tone up, eat healthy, but normal calories that you need and just do some sit ups and push ups, i find that the"best" way to tone up is by stretching, it's really great. and by your weight you should get tone pretty quickly if you keep it up.

    You can weigh alot but look great

    or you could not and look fat.

    Im 5'1" and I weigh likw 102

    and I think I look fat.

  14. you look good! Im 5'3 and weight 125...and im definitally not fat! you dont need to do anything...if want you could tone up but i dont suggest losing any weight

    you are actually just at the tip of being underweight

    Underweight = <18.5

    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    Overweight = 25-29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    i would recommend eating lots of fruits and vegetables.

    do not eat fast food, fried food, overly processed food, and too much dairy

    start an exercise routine like running a couple times a week

    do not lift weights. it can stunt your growth at your age

    and also strain your muscles which can be very serious and painful
