I am 17 years old, 5'2", and 118lbs.

Feel free to be as honest as necessary.

And I was also wondering if it's normal to gain about 6-7lbs in a span of several weeks.. not sure of the specific number.

Thank ya:)

  1. You're very thin for your height. It's normal and a healthy to gain weight gradually if you are under weight.

  2. you are not fat. U are proabably skinney. I'm 17 and weigh 175 pounds! That suck's and I'm 5'0"! So don't worry about it! You are fine

  3. well I'm female 5'2" and 96 pounds (solid muscle lol)

  5. Male or female?

Female you're about the average weight, perhaps a little under.

For a male you're very light and probably skinny.

  6. ok yea its okay your in great shape for your age and i hight

    your like skinny

i mean i gained 5 pounds in a week once but then i lost some so just work out if you feel the need to

    have a great day

    :)

    and your not fat

  7. you are thin for your weight.

your bmi is actually very close to the underweight category.

maybe you should try gaining a few pounds.

but your young so dont worry about your weight.

and weight varies from 2-10 lbs each day depending on digestion and food and water intake. it is best to weigh yourself naked, first thing in the morning.

  8. Your weight is perfectly normal, so don't worry about it!  Your BMI is 21.6, which is right in the middle of the healthy BMI (a healthy BMI is 18.5 to 24.5)  Just keep making sure that you drink lots of water, get enough nutrients, and exercising some.

As far as the weight gain, I would not worry about it.  Your weight may vary a few pounds between days because you lose and gain weight due to the amount of water in your body.  (In saying this, I do NOT want you to dehydrate yourself to lose weight, because in doing so you will wind up in the hospital.)

[edit] People, STOP telling this person that he/she is fat, because he/she is not.
