I weight 173 i'm 5' 9" My waist is 35" i'm 17 and male i have a bit of a belly other wise i wouldn;t be on here but my fat % is 30how can i have a 35" waist which is normal and have a belly and 30% body fat i'm a black belt in karate i was UK champ didn't enter this year because i broke my leg i drink loads of waterwork out alot why am i still fat and how am i fat with what i do please explain?
