Am I going to experience night time on this flight?

Im having a flight from LHR-HKG with CX and I was just wondering if I am going to experience night time on this flight..

Here's my itenerary..

Im leaving LHR at 11:30 am and

Arriving in Hong Kong at 07:10 am

You will be travelling in the opposite direction to the sun and the HKG arrival is 7:10am on the day *after* you leave the UK. You will therefore have a night on the plane - but it will be a very short night, firstly because of the speed of the plane (you're heading towards the sunrise), secondly (assuming it's soon) because it's summer.

On the way back you either leave somewhere close to midnight and have a long night before arriving in the UK in the early morning, or you'll leave HKG early morning and arrive in the UK in the late evening the same day - all in daylight.

I believe you'll be following the sun when traveling to Hong Kong.  Its 1130am local for you, which will make it night time for HK, so as you fly it will be day time until you get to HK at 710am... so no, i dont think its a night time flight....

Yes.. you will fly throughout the night and arrive in HKG in the morning.
