Am I going to receive it soon?

I ordered somthing from Barnes and Noble on December 25th and UPS is suppossed to deliver it to my house. When ever I track my order, it says "billing information received". Is it even on the truck? I ordered it 7 days ago and it said it would be delivered in 3 days. This is what the tracking page looks like: (I took out the tracking number and my city.)

I have had these kind of messages too with UPS and the package arrived just fine. It has only been a few actual shipping days and this time of year everything is slow. I received three xmas presents I ordered as gifts on the 27th after the companies I bought them from SWORE they would get here on time. If it does not show up in a day or two, call customer service at Barnes and Noble and let them know.
