  1. yes congratulations, you are probably going to start your period soon.

  2. In general, the puberty and the menstrual cycle are genetically and hormonally determined and different girls can have different development. In different countries periods are starting at 11-17 (depending on physical development, hormones, genetics, country location, etc). It is very personal and pre-menstrual "signals" (strange discharges, breast tense, abdomen pain, etc.) can come 1-2 days or 2-3 months or 11-12 months in advance. Some girls don’t have any pre-menstruation "signals".  It depends how sensitive are you and how fast your hormones will jump up. Just don't be stressed because stress itself could make a delay. Everything has it’s time. Discover more information below

  3. when you start having discharge your period will come soon,if you don't have it by age 18 if you're that concerned see a doctor, having a period isn't any fun unless you think you're pregnant, trust me

  4. i had discharge for two years before i got my period, and i was 15. it depends on if you have pubic hair/armpit hair/etc.... if you have both of those, you'll probably start within 6 months... but its not guarenteed. only your doctor can accurately predict when you'll start. find out when your mom got hers, and you'll probably be around that age also. but my mom was 12 when she got hers, and i was 15 when i got mine, so that doesn't promise it either. and just because you have cramps doesn't mean you're getting your period. it could be alot of other things causing the cramps too.

but be happy without your period, you'll get it within a year for sure... enjoy your time, period-free! after you get your first period, you won't be period free until you're 50, so enjoy the limited time without it! good luck! :)

  5. It sounds like you're well on your way to having your first period, however no one can say exactly when a girl will get her first menstrual period, but usually girls will get it some time during puberty.

Some girls start puberty at age 9 or 10 where others may start as late as age 15 or 16. Each girl goes at her own pace. So don't think that it's a bad thing or that something is wrong if your friends start puberty a little earlier/later than you.

At the beginning of puberty, you'll notice that your b*****s are developing and you're starting to grow a little hair under your arms. Hair also will grow on your genitals (pubic hair). In some girls, the time from the beginning of puberty to getting the first menstrual period may take only 6 months, where as for other girls, it may take longer and can take up to 3 years.  Another sign is vaginal discharge fluid (sort of like mucus) that a girl might see or feel on her underwear. This discharge usually begins about 6 months to a year before a girl gets her first period.

Every girl is different, and there is a wide range of normal development during puberty.

All I can say is that you should be patient, it will happen when your body is ready.

    Good luck :)
