Am I good enough for SUNY Stony Brook or Buffalo?

I am going to be a senior this fall in high school and it is time to apply for colleges. SUNY Stony Brook and Buffalo are my two choices because they both have dental schools I can get into after I get my bachelor's degree.

Here is my information:

GPA: 3.52

SAT: 1490 (CR-480, M-510, WR-490) [2nd time taking]

Activities: French Honor Society, National Honor Society, Varsity Tennis, Future Business Leaders of America

I have also volunteered at an Elementary School and two different hospitals.

I plan on taking SATII and ACT in October. I will also take the SAT's again. If I do poorly on the SAT, I will just send my ACT only if it is good.

What are my chances?
