Am I having normal dreams?

Question

I keep on dreaming about this guy we casually went out for like a month and ended horribly after i thought i was pregnant,[i'm old enough don't worry] i keep on dreaming about him weird things to like us going to the store in his truck, then my best friend giving my 22 year old brother massages! I went down and bought a book about dreams but not much really helped me I mean I learned a lot but nothing about ex's. Is this telling me we should rekindle something cause we have been talking lately and seem to get along good-ish..Any advice anwsers would be great.

And i havent been doing anything unregular lately so it wouldnt be a symtom of anything.

This is going to be a real stretch based on the limited info you have provided. I think you feel like you need more freedom, or that there is something bigger for you, that you cannot push yourself to go for, and maybe its because you see there being obstacles to it. Maybe this is a goal that you've pushed to the back of your mind as well.

I say this because in our dreams, the "I" in the dream is much like ourselves, lacking insight into our own problems. The other people in our dream serve as aspects of ourselves that we've detached from. Maybe you see this guy as stronger, a little more rebellious or free, driving you around in his truck. Your friend is giving an older guy a massage, wanting to latch on to this older person who has more freedoms. If this is accurate (which I'm just totally guessing) then you want to be more like these two guys, in terms of being stronger, more able to do what you want, and more free.

It does sound like you miss this guy and you need to start over again but try to avoid getting too intimate. Actually the part where you mention your friend giving a massage to your brother makes me think that this guy you like is more like a brother figure and a potential best friend.
