Recently I've been experiencing really uncomfortable
situations where I start deeply thinking about something, or
really just anything and I'll start breathing real heavily then really fast and I'll start getting this scared
feeling that makes my heart thud crazy fast and I
can't move, nothing is keeping me from moving but I just can't
and then the worst part comes where i consciously start
picturing myself just flying up,
not really flying but more like being pulled up into this big black
vast area of nothingness and its really
scary,
Am I havingg anxiety or panic attacks??
and Are they the same thing?
If you could help itd be really great!!
