Question:

Am I having panic/anxiety attacks?

Recently I've been experiencing really uncomfortable

situations where I start deeply thinking about something, or

really just anything and I'll start breathing real heavily then really fast and I'll start getting this scared

feeling that makes my heart thud crazy fast and I

can't move, nothing is keeping me from moving but I just can't

and then the worst part comes where i consciously start

picturing myself just flying up,

not really flying but more like being pulled up into this big black

vast area of nothingness and its really

scary,

Am I havingg anxiety or panic attacks??

and Are they the same thing?

If you could help itd be really great!!

  1. OMG THE SAME THING HAPPENS TO ME!

    I THOUGHT I WASS ONLONE!!,

    its the scariest fealing!

    i just feals like somthing will just rip you up and pull you into the sky or somthing (hard to explain) but the last six months have been better for me! this is the most important advise i can give you , when ever this happens think to yourslef " ITS NOT REAL( cuz its really not , only you can control this anziety) just think to yourself its not real , you can control this trust me, when this starts to happen distract yourself, think of somthing else really fast, its all about what you think about,, if your thinking about the black whole thing, then it will happen becuz you control it all, so think of diffrent things,

  2. yea honey its anxiety its really the same thing if you ask me take care of your self be careful and don't stay out long you're too cute to be alone  

  3. Yes, that sounds a lot like general anxiety.

    When i played for my high school varsity golf team i used to feel that same exact way. I just smoked marijuana sometimes to relax and then when the season was over, i felt fine again

    you must be going through something in your life that is forcing you to go into this deep thought, am i right?

    try to get to the source of this problem, and that should solve it.


  4. Sounds like anxiety/panic attacks to me.  They're basically the same thing.  It's amazing what the brain can do to the body.

    Anxiety and panic attacks are so common today, especially with young women.  Get to your doctor, and get on a light anti-anxiety med.

    It'll change your life.  Tell the doctor EVERYTHING.

Yep, that's what it sounds like.  I think that sometimes people start getting these because their mind has been warning them against something for so long and you've been ignoring it and then your body starts to try to tell you because you've been ignoring your mind.  They started with me when I knew I was in a bad relationship (7 years total) and I knew it was time to move on.  I ignored these thoughts and then I started getting them.  Is their something that you need to deal with?
