Am I heartless or is Rhys Ifans 'heartbreak' press coverage really annoying now?

She left him weeks ago and fine he is devastated but how about dealing with it by yourself rather than making records about it and mooning about in public places.

If I were him I would take off on holiday for a few weeks and maintain a dignified silence. He has good friends to share his heartbreak with - why make it so public?
