Am I helping or hurting myself by doing the hardest MCAT problems from Kaplan's MCAT 45 book?

Intution tells me to do the hardest problems but I've been told to do problems closer to the difficulty of a standard MCAT. Suggestions from med students and/or current test takers?

do the easy ones too... the chance of getting hard problems is not often... they weight equally much.
