Am I hired? I went for a test and past, they call me for a phone interview.?

Then they called me for a final interview. They told me they would hired the sixteen best canadates with the higest score and they would let me know within two week because of vacations. I think you get scored on your interviews but I'm not sure.

You are not hired until they notify you that you are hired. In your place, I would keep on interviewing in the meantime. It sounds like your chances are good, but don't bank on it yet. Maybe they will hire the sixteen best candidates with highest scores AND THE BEST SPELLING AND GRAMMAR. There are five mistakes in your question. Were there any in your resume? Did you do a spell check on it?

past > passed

hired > hire

canadates > candidates

higest > highest

week > weeks

So u have one more interview to do before you are considered hired is what im thinking..kinda confusing?
