I just graduated in Spring 2008 with a BBA degree and until now I still miss him so much. Do you think that I'm in love with him or just a infatuation? Will this go away? I'm 24 and he is 53.

  1. You have a strong attraction based on respect. There is nothing wrong with this.

He is 53, in twenty years he will be 73.

You are 24, in twenty years you will be 44.

Are you prepared to give him a few weeks, a few years, or a life time.

I am 54. Please believe me...I would find it very hard to relate to a 24 year old....let alone keep up with them.....

  2. Well it could be love I suppose. It all depends on what kind of relationship you two had when you were his student. There is a possibility that you are just feeling the pain of being separated from a very strong emotional connection. Some people just have really strong chemical reactions and it doesn't always mean it's love. But don't rule it out completely- follow your heart. :)

  3. Rather a lot of people become infatuated with figures of authority, be it a doctor a professor, nurse or even a policeman and in most situations nothing could or ever would happen, it would mean more than their lives worth if anything did.  Go out and meet some new friends and you will soon get over him.

  4. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm in love with stinky, old, bald guys also. lol. jk. at least he's smart. math is a hard subject.

    you hugged? oh that's cute!

  5. I went to a party last night and the prettiest woman was 24 and with a guy who is 55.  I thought he was her dad.  He didn't like that.  He loves her.  You better tell the professor as soon as possible. What if he is thinking of you right now. /
