Ok. I Live in South Dakota, and during the winter it gets cold up here. So I got Influenza Type B and was sick for awhile, that was around february/march. And after that whenever I drink or eat any dairy products my nose just plugs up! I don't feel sick at all. Like when I drink some milk or eat some Ice cream it just plugs up! And Its the middle of summer!!!

I am 16 Male, I have Drank Milk all of my life and I dont want to lose it now!

  1. Lactose intolerance will affect your stomach and bowels, not your nose. Symptoms include (but are not limited to) gas, bloating, and diarrhea. I'm fairly certain you are not lactose intolerant. You may be allergic to milk, but I can't say for sure. If it continues to be a problem, see a doctor. That's a very odd reaction to milk, so don't be surprised if doctors are a bit confused.

  2. Try some soy milk and soy ice cream. See if the same thing still happens.  Do you have Trader Joe's?  They have the best soy ice cream there.  If not, any health food store, and even most supermarkets today.

I don't think you are, but ask your doctor if you're still confused.

Bless you and good luck!  :)
