Am I liable for loss for events outside my business property?

I am opening a business in a mix use area - condo, apts, retail, office space, etc. I need to get insurance. I also pay a CAM (common area maintance) fee which covers things like snow removal, etc. Does my liability insurance need to cover the outside area?

Well, it needs to cover any area you own or rent, regardless of who maintains it.
