Am I looking too far into the future?

Question

Ok my boyfriend and I have been together for a month and I haven't been this happy with a guy ever before. He's in his second year of college and I'm in my senior year of high school. The thing I'm worried most about is that he's going to a college close to our homes and the school I've fallen in love with and desperately want to go to is about 300 miles away. He's at a community college by his own descision and I can't possibly ask him to move with me up to the school I want to go to. I know I won't want to break up with him but we've got one of those relationships where we thrive on physical contact. That means hugs and kisses not anything sexual. I guess what I'm asking is has anyone else been able to make the distance work? If so can I hear your stories to try and make me feel better?

i would say

if you really do love each othe rit will work

a relationship cant only be based on physical contact

righ tnow my boyfriend is enlisted in the marines

he's stationed in japan for the next two year

(maybe getting deployed, :/ )

and we've been together for almost a year

but he's only been home for about..

less then two months

its super hard

but i love him

it takes a lot of work and a lot of trust

but we were also really good friends before we started dating

i say go for it

better to take a chance and likely end up with something amazing

then never know

right?
