Everyday i get at least a hand full of hair that falls out. I don't think this is normal because I am 15 and my hair already feels like it is thinning. What can I do to prevent this rapid loss of hair?

  1. Its normal to lose about 100 strands of hair per day. But if you are noticing thinning, then you need to see your doctor. You either have a vitamin deficiency or you have a medical condition that you are not aware of.

In the meantime, use a very gentle shampoo/conditioner, eat healthy and use a comb with wet hair (brushes pull out more).

  2. Eat vitamins... I had the same thing happen to me first year at college because I wasn't eating properly... it got really bad, I had like this bald patch growing larger, and im a girl so it's not supposed to happen.  There are vitamins responsible for hair growth, and you want to make sure you're getting them.  So, if you aren't eating well balanced meals, just take a multi every day and it should stop.  It did for me!

  3. hollyy shhitt if you wanna have hair within the next month you better go see a fuckkiinngg doctor now !

  4. maybe you should go and see a doctor!

  5. First you need to find out why your loosing hair..   although it could very well be natural  i have to clean out my  brush liek every other day  cause a huge  wad of my hair  just  collects there, it also seems  unnatural... but im sure im fine.
