I've never been good at remember things but for the past couple months it seems as if it's gotten worse. and i'm only sixteen!i can't really think of a good example right now but this is the best way i can describe it. If someone told me to do something <i.e. go grab me my keys> i forget to after like 5-10 minutes. can anyone tell me if this is normal or not?should i take some kind of vitamin that helps me remember better?!what should i do?
