Am I over my head in in my high school freshman year?

This is my incoming freshmen schedule I am in IB

1st Spanish 1-Pre IB

2nd Adv Pl World History

3rd Adv Reading

4th Biology 1_Pre IB

5th AP Human Geography

6th Geometry Honors

7th Eng 1-Pre IB

Btw I am an A student without really trying(Well in middle school that is)

WELL YOU DON'T YOU JUST DO WHAT YOU NORMALLY DO...IF YOU ARE EASILY AN A STUDENT THEN ITS ALL GOOD...DON'T OVER REACT WHEN YOU SEE A LOT OF HOMEWORK...JUST DO IT...YOU'LL PASS THEM ALL DUDE...

Nah. And in our school honors courses are the same as IB courses.

They're the highest available.

My classes I had to apply for and were accepted into...

Algebra 2 Honors

Spanish 2 Honors

English 1 Honors

Biology Honors

World History Honors

I'm not including electives because they're not really "advanced" in freshman year.

I'm surprised to see you in AP World History freshman year, unless most students take World History in 9th at your school and you're just taking the AP version as an honors version of the same thing (with the advantage of taking the test at the end).

I guess prepare to study. The good news is you will have a lot of challenge and interesting courses. I might not take World History and Human Geography the same year. It is a little different to have English and Reading AND Spanish, Hist AND Geo,along with a math and a science the same year, but it sounds like you can handle it and you will definitely learn a lot.

You're obviously not over your head,  you chose to be an IB student, so you are prepared to handle whats involved.  I doubt that you are actually wondering this.

I took all advanced classes, but I had to struggle and sweat for each grade. until you know how that feels for years and years, you can't know what it is to be concerned.

Hey at least you got your schedule. My school sent me a screwed up schedule in mid July and the note with the schedule said that another one would be sent in August and here it is one week before I start school and still no schedule.
