Am I over weight at all?

I'm around 5ft 6 and weigh about 9 and a half stone.

I feel really... large?

Am I over weight, and if so, do you have any tips for helping me to lose weight sensibly.

I already eat balanced meals and stuff.

If you are 5'6" and about 133lbs then I don't think that you are over weight.  The general rule for women is that 5 feet tall is 100 lbs and you just add about 5 pounds per inch.  So you are about right.  I would focus on just making sure you are healthy.  Try to do a cardiovascular activity (running, biking, swimming, walking) three times a week for about 30 minutes.  You can also try exercises to build muscle mass like push ups, sit ups, squats and dips.
