I'm 19 years old, 5'6" and 140lbs. I used to be 125lbs and loved being at that weight but now that I'm 140lbs I feel fat and people notice that I have gained weight. Most of the fat is on my hips and thighs and I hate it. Am I overweight? Are there any websites out that have a weight loss plan that I can follow? I'm going to start working out again, but I feel like it's gonna take forever to lose the weight I want.
