Question:

Am I overweight? Help please!?

I'm 19 years old, 5'6" and 140lbs. I used to be 125lbs and loved being at that weight but now that I'm 140lbs I feel fat and people notice that I have gained weight. Most of the fat is on my hips and thighs and I hate it. Am I overweight? Are there any websites out that have a weight loss plan that I can follow?

I'm going to start working out again, but I feel like it's gonna take forever to lose the weight I want.

A couple of years ago I was trying everything to lose weight and I still struggled.  Even after modifying my diet and exercise patterns I still could not kick the last twenty pounds.  I came across some oolong weight loss tea that I thought was a gimmick, but they offered a free trial so I bit on it.  It worked wonderfully and I didn't have to break the bank.

  3. No you are not overweight. But if you want to get leaner then go for it. Don't worry so much about the weight, just work on replacing fat with muscle.

  5. No, your weight is perfectly normal for your height. If you felt better at a lower weight, then i would recommend incorporating more exercise and healthier eating into your daily routine. Just remember that your fine the way you are. Exercise will make you feel better about yourself almost instantly, whether you lose weight at first or not, you'll have more energy and feel like you've accomplished something for yourself and your body.   6. No, you are fine! You are in the average weight range. If you would like to lose weight, or just become more toned, I recommend running. I am a runner and I love it! It also makes you feel happy because of the endorphins. Another great work-out plan is using an elliptical machine. Those things burn fat like crazy!

  7. You probably do not want to loose the hip, you know guys like to look right? Just kidding. You should be able to loose the extra pounds by eating more fruits and excersising.
