This summer I have gained 10lbs and I am not as fit as I used to be:
13 years old, 5'2", 99.2lbs
51 sit ups/min
8 min/mile
20 push ups/min
3 months ago:
5'1", 89lbs
61 sit ups/min
30 push ups/min
7:30 min/mile
I play 8 sports competitively, but have only played 3 sports this summer whereas I usually do all 8 during the school year.
Field Hockey season starts soon and I need to make A-team for 2nd year in a row because in high school I need to make Varsity, so I need to know... Am I overweight and out of shape?
