Okay.....if you are 96 lbs, then you are not overweight.  Why you would be wearing a size 12-14 boggles me.....did you mean to type a different weight?

im 14 too, and used to always worry about my weight at the age of 12-13.

now i turned 14 in june, and this year ive lost alot of it.

at our age, you tend to start losing your 'puppy fat'.

i am about 5'4-5 and i weight 9st 4lbs. i used to be 10st!

First of all, NOOOOO!!! In fact, you're barely above the mark to avoid being considered underweight, probably. But, just to prove my point, I thought I'd do the BMI calculations. :D

The best way to tell is BMI (body mass index).

I came across a quick calculator online where you put in age, height, and weight. Here's what it came up with.

"Your BMI is 16.5"

It also went on to say...

"A healthy BMI for a girl this age (I put in DOB 1/1/94 since you said you were 14) is between 16.1 and 23.6"

So you are fine. Keep doing what your doing and you'll be fine. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
