I dont think im fat, i have a little bit of pudge just above my waist line but in not really insecure about it. I am 14 and 6'2 and weigh 175 lbs. As I said I dont think im overweight but it sounds a bit high to me. Opinions? also i dont know how to work fat off of my stomach, I get eat less and eat healthy but what excercises would help? maybe something a little more specific that cardio? I dont know any feedback would be great.~ Eric.
