Am I pregnant or am I freaking out over nothing?

My Fiance and I had unprotected s*x like 6 weeks ago and since then I have had my period, however I took like 3 at home pregnancy tests and they all said my eggo was preggo. so far i feel bloated and a little sick but not vomit every where sick. I have been craving peanut butter and sugar sandwiches and my hormones have been so high that I'm getting sores in my mouth *something i get when I'm on my period* but my period was last week and these at homes keep saying I'm pregnant. is there any other symptom that would suggest pregnancy or am I just overly worried. One of my friends said she had her period 3 months into her all of her pregnancies. I have an appointment with my OBGYN in about 2 weeks, busy place, and I want to be sure I'm not just freaking out because I'd rather not pay the 100 co-pay.

It sounds very much like pregnancy to me! Congrats! One thing I've learned is that HPTs are never wrong if they give you a positive. Those tests are designed to detect the pregnancy hormone HGC, and they can't detect what isn't there (no smoke without a fire, as they say!). The only time I've heard them being wrong is after hormone therapy or something, fertility drugs, that sort of thing. Good luck sweetie! :)

Wait a week and take another test, then one more before you go to the doctor. Your hormones could just be acting up. But just in case, eat well, and don't  drink or smoke at all!!

If 3 different at home tests are saying that you are pregnant, you very likely are.  It is rare that you menstruate in pregnancy but it can happen.  Is there a clinic or ER that you could go to that doesn't take so long for an appointment?   I would start treating yourself as if you are preggo, like no alcohol or smoking, eat and rest properly, etc. at least until you find out differently.  Good luck and happy waiting!

It is not true about pregnancy test not giving false pregnancy test. usually you will have one positive and a negative test though! Some medicines can produce a pregnant like hormone and can create a false test. This happens very rarely! Usually things like antibiotics can cause this to happen. It is also true that you can have bleeding in the first trimester. Any bleeding at all though should not be taken lightly. You had three test positive so I would not expect them to be wrong. They are very accurate. I advise keeping your doctor appointment! Most likely they will do a pg test and then will schedule an ultrasound to see whats happening since your bleeding!

Pregnancy tests will never give a false positive.

If it says you're pregnant, chances are,... you are pregnant.

If the co-pay is too expensive for you,.... go to Planned Parenthood.

The co-pay is little or nothing at all.

Did  you  enjoy  very much  the  s*x?  If  so,  it  is  probable   that  you  are  pregnant.  You  better   have  a   check up    to  be  sure.
