Am I qualified to get student grant?I am a US immigrant,but I dont have my greencard yet.?

For now I only have my ID from homeland security,my sss and drivers license.Is it possible to be approve for government grant,I want to continue my college degree.

why waste your money in college? there are not any jobs now or later...you need to save your $$$ for food and shelter

unfortunately, since you're not a permanent resident nor citizen, you're not allowed to get any grants, scholarships nor financial aid.  I am assuming that you have a student visa, since you're going to school...one condition of a student visa is that you need to have enough money in the bank to pay for tuition..schools need proof by you showing them bank statements and a notarized letter from the bank stating that you have enough money for tuition..i have heard about scholarships for foreign students, but they are very few and give out very little money...

I hope not from the American government.

You should apply in your own country.  We have plenty of Americans who need the money that American citizens have paid.

Only citizens qualify for grants.  A condition of immigration is that you can support yourself (and your family, if you brought other family members with you).  You must pay for it yourself.  You do not qualify for student loans either since you are not a legal permanent resident or citizen.  

What type of visa are you on?  A student visa?  Students must prove prior to receiving a student visa that they have sufficient funds to pay all of their school expenses, plus all of their living expenses, and their transportation home upon completion/termination of studies.
