Do you mean 1500m Steeplechase? if so yes, that is very difficult however have you ever tried the 400m hurdles? The 400m alone is considered one of the hardest events with the exception of the marathon, with hurdles in it too, you have to be both physically and mentally strong (very)

No, there is not a 1500 meter hurdle race.

There is a 400 meter hurdle race, the longest race for hurdles, unless you consider the steeplechase which uses barriers, not hurdles and is 3000 meters.
