Question

I haven't had my period in 2 months, i am getting cramps out of this world, i have been SOOOOO MOODY! I had a spot of blood but i put a pad on and nothings leaking! But i heard u may spot if pregnant. My back never stops hurting, my headaches are rediculous and i have severe pain like in my midsection (like right between my stomach and private area). I need a little help oh and I haven't taken any test so FAR! plz help?!?!?!
