Am I short, tall or very tall for my age?

Question

I'm 12 years old and my measured height is 5'8''. My dad is more or less 1 cm shorter than me and my mom is like 5'4" to 5'5". Oh, and if this is important, I am a Singaporean (Asian) boy. And also, how many inches or centimetres should I grow a month?

You're tall for your age but that's a good thing. There's a lot of advantages in being tall. This is just my opinion but if you're 5'8" and 12 years old, I think you're into sports. Maybe basketball? That's how a lot of my friends are. Most of my friends are 6'2 or 6'3 and their only juniors in high school.

WOW for a 12 yr old boy, your unbelievable tall!!! that's not a bad this though , so don't worry about it cause you definitely nor short. Every child is different so don't expect to be told you'll grow 2 centimeters a month cause its complety random per person, per month. :D

u r actually quite tall for a 12 y.o boy....as u r only 12 i suppose u will still grow for at least 4 inches....or more....lucky u....

You are really tall, considering you're 12. I think you're nearly at the average height for guys actually..
