Question:

Am I skinny, average or overweight??

I am 16 years old, 5"7", weight 160 pounds and 10 percent body fat. Any help??

  5. haha 10% body fat is like a body builder or a really fit athlete. for men, weight doesnt matter because, muscle weighs alot so, like im in football and im a defensive end and im really muscular. if i were to ask someone on here is 6'1 200 lbs fat? they would say yeah im fat but, its all muscle.

  9. You said you have only 10% body fat, which would mean alot of your weight is muscle, so i wouldn't worry too much, i think that weight is pretty normal for your height anyway

  10. That's really good, that means you have a very good amount of muscle mass.  Your bodyfat percentage is great.  

    Your weight and height is where you should absolutely not use BMI for reference, BMI does not take muscle mass into consideration, so it can be very inaccurate.

  13. Well im 17 years old, 5'9 , and weigh around 140-148, im not fat at all i guess im just building muscle, but i wold say you're average,  a bit over average idk as long as you feel good!!!

  14. if you only have 10 percent body fat, then you are in really good shape, you must have a lot of muscle or something, you definately not overweight
