I seem to always feel overweight! I am 5'8" and weight 140 pds!!!?????

I feel like i look bad when i wear tight clothes and i feel like i am gross

to look at!

You don&#039;t sound overweight! Your weight actually sounds average for a medium sized frame for 5&#039;8&quot;. =)

Currently I am 5&#039;6 and 147 lbs. I&#039;m not overweight, so you definitely aren&#039;t. I look bad when I wear tight clothes too - but it&#039;s because they are too small! Don&#039;t worry about what other people are thinking about you. The way I see it, if you don&#039;t like what you see, then do something about it. I&#039;m not a huge fan of my stomach, but I&#039;ve accepted it and am going to start doing crunches and going to the gym when I get back to school in a couple weeks. My bf likes me how I am - I&#039;m doing this for myself. Whatever you do, do it because you want to, not because you think others see you a certain way. They don&#039;t.
