  1. blue blood

  2. Of course. Don't listen to those who deny.

  3. If your GGrandpa was 1/2, then your grandfather would have been 1/4 spanish

    you dad would have then been 1/2 that, or 1/8 spanish.

    You are probably about 1/16 spanish blood, and if the women were all Filipina, you are 15/16th Filipina.  You technically are still hispanic  I think - I think it 1/16 is about the bottom of the barrel tho (If I recall, for example, to be considered Native american and eligible to enroll in the tribe you must be at least 1/16th....not sure tho...)

    If GGpa was full spanish, gpa would have been 1/2, Dad would be 1/4, and you would be 1/8, with your kids at 1/16, unless you marry a spanish person.

  4. You might want to check with the Spanish Embassy.

  5. Well, when I went in the US Navy in '91, they wanted to know if I had any Hispanic blood.  They didn't care how much.  So, yes, if the government wants you for it, I would say you have it. Try, the Airforce instead.

  6. yes you are

  7. I believe you will have 1/32 amount of Spanish DNA.  Depending on the true Spanish contribution of DNA to your great grandfather.

  8. some what

  9. some but not pure i guess

  10. Hello fellow countryman. You are considered to be a Mestizo. I also have Filipino parents. You are not pure Spanish but you have some Spanish in your genes.

  11. I dont think so.  my mom is full spanish  but didnt marry a spanish man so that makes me half spanish so youd be around 1/8

  12. The blood is still in you, so I think,yes.

  13. the answer is yes, you have spanish blood, a term that more correctly means that you are of Spanish ancestry or genetics.

    Which puts you on a plane vastly more simpler than the average white caucasian type person, who is more apt to be termed "57 Varieties" like Heinz Catsup.  A mix of unknown heritage from mostly european countries, though most white US Americans are either of majority Irish, German, British, Dutch, French, Serbian, Croatian, Italian, Russian (et al), or Scandinavian lines.

    Many Spaniard ancestry lines also include the term "Mestizo" which denotes a mix of Spaniard and Native American Indian lines, most notable in Race and cultures of Northern South America, Central America, and Mexico.

  14. Great grandfather = 1/2 Spanish and  1/2 ?

    Grandfather = 1/4 Spanish, 1/2 Filipino, 1/4 ?

    Father = 1/8 Spanish, 6/8 Filipino, 1/8 ?

    You = 1/16 Spanish, 14/16 Filipino and 1/16 ?

    If the ? is also Filipino that would make you 15/16.

    Good heritage!
