Am I suppose to use a daily scrub everyday?

I have very little acne, will this help or make it worse?

I did buy Biore detoxifing scrub.

yes, its recommended u  use it twice a day.

i use acne free neutrogena face scrub 2 times a day and it works very well.

since u have very little acne u can use it every 2 days or every week or something... but for soft skin use it EVERY DAY!!

Scrub helps a lot with acne! It's really great! Esspecially Biore!! It works best when you use it about 4-5 days a week.

if it say DAILY scrub then wait lemme think..........use it daily- everyday.

And don't exfoliate everyday! Use it 3 times a week, TOPS!

don't exfoliate everyday - once or twice a week is good.

but i clense, tone and moisterise every day (or most days anyway)

its the 3 step routine that i am trying to make a habit of cause i'm only 14 and i hardly get any spots - just the occasional outbreak

but you could also try a face mask too.....they are fun to do and you can get the heated ones as well
