I have pre-cooked frozen chicken b*****s which are boneless and skinless that says that 1 serving equals 4 ounces. So I'm just wondering, does that mean I should weigh the chicken in its frozen, thawed, or prepared state to figure out what 1 serving is equal to?

  1. When ever you want. With chicken there won't be a lot of difference between them all.

  2. A meat/fowl serving is 4oz. so that would mean the prepared serving.
