  1. Let's see, you are taking 10 pills daily as a 16 year old.

I'd say you are taking 10 pills too many.

Have you ever heard of eating the right foods and exercise?

It's how I've survived and haven't had a single health problems.

Knowing these are all available on the shelf do your parents know of this problem?

Quit believing the magazine articles and live as a teen. You are 16 not 60.

  2. I don't think so since all of these pills are mostly some sort of vitamin. If you had listed pain killers and things like that then I would say yes but just vitamins are fine.

But any way....what are fat metabolizers? Could you email me and tell me please.....? Thanx

  3. fat metabolizer pills dont work and are dangerous to the  body, you shouldnt take those.

i would ask your doctor about the brain development pills because sometimes those could have the opposite effect if taken when they shouldnt be.

    and everything else is fine(=

  4. the omega pill is good. i would suggest flaxseed instead of fish.

    garlic,multivitamin and iron good too.

brain development? never heard of those?

fat metabolizers a definate no no.

yes you are taking too many pills.

stuff from pills cannot always be absorbed like normal food.

if i was you i wouldn't take the brain development pills. find out whats in them (probably vitE, vit D, vit C, zinc and omega) and get them from normal food. also get your antioxidants from normal food.

the fat metabolizers are a definate no-no.

if they actually worked dont you think everyone would use them? those celebrities who have to cut weight and stay fit can definately afford them right, so why don't they take them?

and your 16. you don't need so much.

take what your lacking not EVERYTHING.

ifyour not getting enough omega then take that.

the multivitamin is good and the garlic probably isnt necessary.

i wouldn't take the brain one and definately not the metabolism one.

  5. That is too many.  I spoke to my doctor about all the supplements I was taking to keep myself in "good" shape.  She said that all the supplements were not necessary.  The average person only needs to eat a balanced Diet, take a multivitamin and a vitamin D supplement.

why are you worried about your heart and joints at 16? Do you have other medical issues?

  6. You should try skipping out on all of that and take a women's multivitamin. I don't know if you've thought of that before, and I wish you the best of luck. You shouldn't be worrying about your joints just yet, and I know that the back of the bottle of almost EVERY pill bottle says to "take one daily" well you can honestly take take one once a week. They only put that label on there so they can get you to use it more to run out of it more and to buy it more. If you need more help, talk to your doctor, but the daily multivitamin should help!

  7. ummm I'd say that's way too many but u need to consult ur doctor..only he can tell u for sure if it's too much.

  8. The only pills I'd suggest taking are the multivitamin and iron pill, just eat food that have omega 3 in it so you don't have to take the pill, and there's plenty of healthy food that's good for the heart so you don't have to resort to taking a pill for that. The brain development pills sound iffy, and the fat metabolizers - sorry I don't know much about diet pills.
