  1. She understands that kids are persistent, and that even if she tells the girls mother, and even if the boys parents are told, that they can't keep the girl locked up forever. So the girl will get together with the boy someday, like at disneyland, on a school field trip, and they'll sneak into the bushes and have unprotected s*x. And then she'll get pregnant, and nobody wants that. So while I think that yes, the aunt should tell the parents of everyone involved, and yes, i think it is wrong that a 12 year old needs condoms, and yes, she shouldn't be doing that, I believe that the aunt should give the niece condoms anyway, so that when/if that time comes, a pregnancy won't come about, and hopefully the girl will learn and stop. And society is the same as it's always been. It's just more open. 12 year olds have been having s*x for the entire history of the human race, and it is nothing to get alarmed about.

  2. that is pretty shocking...wat is this world coming too? =[

  3. Ive never heard of them!

  4. As sad as it is, there isn't any way to police "kids" 24 hours a day.  I personally would rather my kid be protected.  (Well, personally, I'd like them to NOT have s*x at all until they're responsible enough to understand the consequences).  Its a harsh reality, but its one we have to come to terms with.  If this is the best solution out there, then I say at least someone is trying to make sure babies aren't having babies.

  5. You're not the only 1 i bet but im not surprised..kids[teens] are doing this stuff now, and no one can really stop them, so the best thing to do is get them to protect themselves.

  6. It's a testament to what happens to a society without God. There is tons of things I COULD say, but for the sake of this answer, I will just say that I agree, our society is going down the tubes. In england, a woman just recently aborted a fetus, put it in a jar of formaldehyde, nd showed it...AS ART. Art is usually an accepted indicator of where the culture is heading in a decade or two. What does this say? Who knows.

As for that comment on three year olds, I would recommend reading A Brave New World. It's short, a classic, and a very thought-provoking commentary on culture.

  7. I think that it's horrible that 12-year-olds are even thinking about s*x. When I was 12 I was outside with my friends playing soccer and worried about school... not thinking about s*x. I think that s*x is glamorized and it shouldn't be.

  8. Geez get over yourself. Would you prefer the child had unprotected s*x or ask for condoms from a adult she trust and it is a vaild point. And as for being alarmed by it no im not im glad that she cared enought to ask and to think it through so as best to protect her neice.

  9. haha that has to be a joke!?

  10. Not all that long ago as things are, kids were both marrying and having s*x around that age.

Its not so strange for it to come full circle.

  11. Society has become aware that some kids begin sexual activity at very young ages and teaching abstinence doesn't work. Instead of ignoring the problem, some are choosing to do something about it.
