  1. The first problem was that Bush in his ultimate decision making capabilities attacked the wrong country.

Second, we are in a war not with an army or nation, but an ideology, a religion, a way of life. Hence, we have a culture clash, with the West against the rest mentality.

If you study the events that led to 9/11, which is taught in the University system, Bush 1 and Reagan, with the CIA orchestrated Jihad against the Russians in Afganistan. Martyrdom was promoted as a means. Hence, we are now paying for the folly of the Reagan/Bush team.

The same team that found it expiditious to have the CIA run drugs into the country to sell to Americans to finance their illegal war, Iran/Contra.

Yes, we are all upset that we were attacked, and now we must undo the mess that Reagan/Bush created. That will require killing alot of innocent people and reeducating a society and religion that has gone awry. A long process....

We should think long before we elect another from the system that has individually and collectively created the very problems we face today.

Go to you tube and type in Morris Kent Thompson at the video icon and see my video on Bush Attacked the Wrong Country.  Iraq was under a 2/3 country no fly zone. The real advocary is and was Iran, as we see today.

As a Marine in Vietnam with ground forces, I have a greater appreciation of events on the ground than most. If the US was to attack anyone, it should have been Iran who was training, supporting, and financing terrorist groups, and my sources told me they were developing a nuclear capability.

The most horrific event imaginable would be Iran with Nuclear Bombs. But a greater glory to strap on a Nuke and take out an entire city, or worse.

We must develop a long term strategy to open dialogue and cooperation to foster tolerance and understanding between Islam and the rest.

Moreover, we must seek to moderate the extremist interpretation of the Quran. The Prophet Mohammed's Mecca versus speak of justice and non-violence. The forced migation to Medina caused a shift to the sword.

Many believe the Medina verses were only meant as a defense, not an offensive Jihad. The goal is to bring about the original interpretation of the Quran and the Mecca verses, which will require a long term approach. I fear that before the present war on extremist Islam is complete the entire region may well be engaged.

My approach would be to foster cooperation on major issues that all should be able to agree on, which will evoke greater tolerance and understanding of the other. The alternative is the sword.

  2. Al-Qaeda is more fiction than fact. Ask yourself, for example, why the media had never mentioned them prior to 911. Is our intelligence gathering ability really that bad? Or is it more likely that Al-Qaeda was simply left-over remnants of the U.S. - backed Mujaheddin from the 1980's who were fighting the USSR in Afghanistan? These guys were good guerrilla fighters at best. There is no way they had the means to pull off 911.

Take one of them, Hani Hanjor for example who supposedly flew the plane that hit the pentagon. His flight trainer said his skills at flying a 4 seater plane were lousy, and yet he supposedly successfully piloted those steep maneuvers with that giant jet, flew over the grass at 15 feet above the ground, knocking out light poles as he went, and entered the quiet side of the building. It doesn't make sense. Its ridiculous to believe such a story. Its beyond a bad science fiction novel.

  3. I agree with you!!

Lets all forget about 9/11 and what happened.

We will worry more about g*y marriage, and trying to overturn the second amendment.

You cant reason with too many people here on answers.

They are liberals brainwashed by the Today show and Oprah.

  4. Yeah I am still trying to figure out how building 7 came down without a plane hitting it.  Boy, thats weird, a building falling down and turning to sand from a fire of 2 buildings no where near building 7.    What is more strange is that some of the high-jackers are still alive, at least 4 or 5 of them.  Do a Google search.  Something fishy is going on.

  5. Where have you been? Benefit of doubt. That was a inside job and a control demolition project. Take the plugs out of your ears and the blindfold off your eyes. Al-qaeda was a scapegoat to get the America into the Iraq war.

  6. I'm mad... at our government.

  7. Agreed!  So why are we in Iraq?  We should only be in Afghanistan.

  8. No you are not alone.  There are about 300 million angry people, at least.

I suggest it would be more fruitful for you to redirect your anger to the people who are EXPLOITING 9/11 to dismantle your civil liberties and further their agenda for profit and power.

To get a sense of it, watch Mike Ruppert's film about the geopolitical motivations for 9/11, criminality in government (historical and current), evidence of foreknowledge of 9/11, and the exploitation of 9/11.

Be angry, but direct it where it must be directed to prevent further devastation and to preserve your freedom and way of life.

  9. People pass the buck. America is run by big oil and the media. They're the two biggest moneyholders in the country. Now that Oil is doing so well (despite the price of gas) its time to shift the peoples eyes to something different. 9/11 was an inside job to get us to Iraq to sell us overpriced oil.  Ol George must pay back the BinLadens for his finances from the past so he needs the revenue from the Iraq oil.  I'm sure they're paid back now, so they're just reaping the profits. They'll say that money went to Iraq but..our $$ did. Al-Queda won't come here to attack us. We'll attack us to make it look like they did, thats not a problem.  Terrorism doesn't exist, only overseas. The american public is stupid, and its a big benefit to this countries government.

  10. I would suggest therapy.

  11. I'm pissed about that and I'm pissed that my neighborhoods here in Brooklyn are filling up with Muslims and they watch Al Jazeera in their cafes and laughing at American soldiers dying. Why our country let so many in who can't even read in their own language, let alone English, is beyond me.

  12. Im pretty ******* pissed off too .
